GOP hasn't forgiven Paul for opposing Iraq war
The real problem: Paul's fellow GOP colleagues have never forgiven him for always opposing the Iraq war. The arrogant and ambitious will pardon any sin if you are wrong but will not forgive anyone who has been proven right. That makes them look too much the fool. Most Americans now agree with Paul. So much for "compromise" in modern politics.

THE COLLAPSE OF THE US DOLLAR
The Euro will become the preferred currency of choice around the world, providing the Europeans with even greater political influence than the US has today. Behind all of this, the European based international bankers will further consolidate their power by creating a United States of Europe. The crises of the collapse of the US dollar will help speed up the creation of a United States of Europe defense force. Europe will emerge from the economic chaos that will erupt across the world as the dominating economic power bloc. Germany, as the engine economy in Europe, and the largest nation, will be in the drivers seat for the direction this new Europe goes in. Meanwhile, the nations of North America will be asked to repay their massive external debts. Having sold off much of their silver and gold, the creditors will look at other means of recovering the money they have advanced. America would be held in economic bondage to these international money lenders, even more than they are now. They are going to demand total control of our economy, reducing our people to slaves, where we will be held in economic bondage.

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Iran's oil exchange will start operations on Feb. 17, the official Iranian news agency IRNA said, citing the country's oil minister.
The Iranian rial will be used for all transactions on the Tehran Oil Bourse, Gholamhossein Nozari said today, according to IRNA.
Iran, the second-largest producer in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, was originally expected to start its own oil-trading market in 2005. Bloomberg.com: Africa

They want us to believe that McCain won Texas in a landslide. A place where I have never heard anyone mention his name, never seen so much as a bumper sticker, and clearly a state that is covered by Ron Paul signs. Just for the sake of discussion let’s say it’s possible. What I find seriously hard to believe is this:
* Ron Paul got 70% of the vote in his district for Congress—–37,220 votes.
* In that same district they want us to believe he only got 9,931 votes for president.
* That equates to approximately ONLY 1 in 5 people that voted for him for Congress supported him for President. They can’t be serious. Don’t lie to me!!"

Peace Pilgrim (July 18, 1908 – July 7, 1981) born Mildred Lisette Norman, was an American pacifist, vegetarian, and peace activist. In 1952, she became the first woman to walk the entire length of the Appalachian Trail in one season.[1] Starting on January 1, 1953, in Pasadena, California, she adopted the name "Peace Pilgrim" and walked across the United States for 28 years.
