June 25th, 2007 :: 11:57 AMU.S. Rep. Ron Paul of Texas plans to be in Des Moines Saturday, despite his exclusion from a presidential candidates forum by the event’s organizers. Paul, a Republican, is planning to headline a rally at the conclusion of the forum sponsored by Iowans for Tax Relief and the Iowa Christian Alliance. Paul’s event is scheduled for 4:30 at Hy Vee Hall, the same venue as the forum. Read more.
