Re-Educating for Liberty
The American people have been systematically re-educated to accept growing collectivism and world government for over 40 years. Much of the reason for dumbing down education to the degree that it has been, is so that young people are forced to stay in school for more years in order so that they may be indoctrinated to the highest degree.

KENYAN BORN! Why did the Houston based African Newspaper claim that Obama was Kenyan born.
KENYAN BORN! Why did the Houston based African Newspaper claim that Obama was Kenyan born.: "In the lawsuit, Berg states that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as the senator maintains. Before giving birth, according to the lawsuit, Obama's mother traveled to Kenya with his father but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, 'apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight.' As Sen. Obama's own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed, Berg maintains that Stanley Ann Dunham--Obama's mother--gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to Hawaii to register the birth."

McCain Homes Flap Is No Joke - From The Road
McCain Homes Flap Is No Joke - From The Road: "(CHESAPEAKE, VA.) - Barack Obama was handed a gift-wrapped package from John McCain on Thursday.
Just as the Illinois senator has begun focusing on economic concerns with greater intensity, McCain made a comment that opened wide a gulf between him and the electorate he is wooing.
McCain was asked a simple question during an interview with Politico.com. Nothing tricky about it. No curevball this: How many houses do you and Mrs. McCain have?
'I think,' said McCain, 'uh, I'll have my staff get to you. I'll try to tell you about that.'
Huh? Most Americans would certainly be able to answer that question, especially the ones facing foreclosure or mortgages that are ratcheting up."

The Freedom Fellowship - Extended Entries: Constitution: Just a Piece of Paper?

There are men who beat their wives who are never reported (it's a safe bet more such men are in law enforcement than in any other single profession). There are men whose lives are ruined by wives who falsely accuse them of physical abuse. Laws protect neither the battered wife nor the innocent husband or boyfriend. Laws just appear on pages of books sitting on bookshelves. They protect nobody and they punish nobody, in much the same way that guns harm nobody, of and by themselves. What matters is which laws are, and are not, enforced and upon whom they are, and are not, enforced.
"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a goddamned piece of paper!"

911 comparison with Georgian Crisis gets censored on TV
The Truth about Georgia gets censored again on TV. A reporter makes a comparison to the US reaction to 911 to Russia's reaction to Georgian attacks and the satellite feed drops off in the middle of his question. TV is censored every day and every hour but sometimes the censorship is plain to see. This time it was on CBC in Canada.

Fox News: 12 Year Old Girl Tells the Truth about Georgia
Russia Today Reports:
Moscow has accused an American TV network of bias after a channel broke off from a live interview with victims of Georgian violence in South Ossetia. A 12 year old girl and her aunt were describing how Russian soldiers saved them from the Georgian attack -- but were bizarrely cut off after just two minutes. The incident has sparked huge controversy over the issue of media impartiality, with Russian government officials calling it a violation of journalistic ethics.

MADRID: The heirs of the Knights Templar have launched a legal battle in Spain against the Pope to salvage the reputation of the order accused of heresy and dissolved 701 years ago.
Members of the Association of the Sovereign Order of the Temple of Christ claim that when the order was dissolved by Clement V in 1307 more than 9000 properties and commercial ventures belonging to the knights (worth $168 billion) were appropriated by the church."

Investors See Merrill 10 Times More Likely to Fail
MoneyNews - Investors See Merrill 10 Times More Likely to Fail
Investors now pay 10 times more money to ward off the risk of a Merrill Lynch default, according to a new Bloomberg News analysis.
The data comes just as Merrill Lynch announced it would take a big new write-down totaling $5.7 billion and issue $8.5 billion in new stock.
The Bloomberg analysis shows the cost of insuring the banking giant's bonds against default using credit derivatives is 10 times higher than a year ago. The analysis tracks the cost of guaranteeing against nonpayment for debt as short as six months and up to 10 years.

Invention Of Cheap Way to Store the Solar Energy
Researchers have made a major advance in inorganic chemistry that could lead to a cheap way to store energy from the sun. In so doing, they have solved one of the key problems in making solar energy a dominant source of electricity...

t r u t h o u t | "Major Discovery" From MIT Primed to Unleash Solar Revolution
Scientists mimic essence of plants' energy storage system.
In a revolutionary leap that could transform solar power from a marginal, boutique alternative into a mainstream energy source, MIT researchers have overcome a major barrier to large-scale solar power: storing energy for use when the sun doesn't shine.
Until now, solar power has been a daytime-only energy source, because storing extra solar energy for later use is prohibitively expensive and grossly inefficient. With today's announcement, MIT researchers have hit upon a simple, inexpensive, highly efficient process for storing solar energy.
"This is just the beginning," said Nocera, principal investigator for the Solar Revolution Project funded by the Chesonis Family Foundation and co-Director of the Eni-MIT Solar Frontiers Center. "The scientific community is really going to run with this."
Nocera hopes that within 10 years, homeowners will be able to power their homes in daylight through photovoltaic cells, while using excess solar energy to produce hydrogen and oxygen to power their own household fuel cell. Electricity-by-wire from a central source could be a thing of the past.
