American Financial Fiasco Could Take Down World Economy,,,
Source: Belleville Intelligencer - Ontario, CA
American financial fiasco could take down world economy
Triple warnings this past week: the Royal Bank of Scotland fears a steep fall in the world stock market; the bank of all banks in the world, the BIS, Bank of International Settlements, in
Switzerland, said that a worldwide depression is now a distinct possibility; Morgan Stanley, a leading American Investment firm,
signaled similar pessimistic messages.
So what's happening out there? Frankly, all financial institutions are in deep trouble, and the reason is the American dollar. The situation is so dire that it's not going to make a hoot of difference who becomes the next president of the United States: it's beyond the power of the rulers of the American political and economic system to curtail severe damage to its entire economic enterprise. Neither Obama nor McCain can do anything to stem the disaster that will be fully employed by the end of this year.

CHEMTRAIL SUNSCREEN TAUGHT IN US SCHOOLS
Krishna Consciousness: CHEMTRAIL SUNSCREEN TAUGHT IN US SCHOOLS: "At least this is what one American father found while paging through his child's science book. SmT was astonished to find seventh graders being taught about chemtrails. And geoengineeering their home planet.
Anyone with question about the 'spray programs' he now says, 'should perhaps just ask their kids.'
The chemtrails section is found in the Centre Point Learning Science I Essential Interactions science book. Under 'Solutions for Global Warming', section 5.19 features a photo of a big multi-engine jet sporting a familiar orange/red paint scheme.
The caption reads: 'Figure 1- Jet engines running on richer fuel would add particles to the atmosphere to create a sunscreen'."

Marc Scibilia & The FreedomTour08 Band Is Coming To Chicago Monday June 30th
Please be sure to support Marc Scibilia's FreedomTour08. Marc is an extremely talented musician-artist who has contributed greatly to the Freedom-Liberty movement in America. He stumbled onto Ron Paul via his friend, Israel Anderson, who hails from NW Zealand. Israel is the tour director and is now driving the FreedomTour08's RV to 28+ cities all across America.
Award winning Nashville film-maker and fellow liberty lover Julian Smith was honored to be asked to follow the tour and document it. An exciting way you can stay up to do date with what the Freedom Tour is doing is through their very own reality TV show which they put up daily on their website, http://FreedomTour.TV
Israel Anderson organized a $15,000 loan from Larry Lepard, the same patriot that purchased the full-page ad for Ron Paul in USA Today. That ad alone cost $80,000 btw. But the loan the tour got which was for the RV and for gas is fast depleting. Not only is it not going to be enough to get them all the way through their tour and back home again, but they also have a loan they need to pay back at the end. Let's help them with this!
You can contact Israel at freedomrocks08@gmail.com or by calling 720 346 4471.

It's a Slippery Slope to War -- Ask Your Representative to Oppose H. Con. Res. 362
It's a Slippery Slope to War - Ask Your Representative to Oppose H. Con. Res. 362
Over the last four weeks 102 House Democrats and 117 Republicans have agreed to cosponsor a new resolution against Iran that demands that President Bush “initiate an international effort” to impose a land, sea, and air blockade on Iran to prevent it from importing gasoline and to inspect all cargo entering or leaving Iran.
Such a blockade imposed without United Nations authority (which the resolution does not call for) could be widely construed as an act of war. Some congressional sources say the House could vote on the resolution, H.Con.Res. 362, very soon.
Please send a letter asking your Representative to oppose this dangerous path that could lead directly to war with Iran. Read more.

The Kick Them All Out Project - Imposing our undeniable will on the government through the power of our votes!
"Republicans and Democrats take the exact same oath of office and very few of them take it seriously.
I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
There is a very good reason we make them all take this oath. Strict adherence to the Constitution is the ONLY thing that makes it a LOT harder for those with the most wealth to seize the powers of government and use it for their own selfish purposes. Our Congress has totally abdicated their responsibilities and handed the powers of government over to corporate interests that have absolutely no allegiance to this nation, to the Constitution, and certainly not to playing fair. Both major political parties are complicit. They have shredded the Constitution and Bill of Rights and are about to blow the Constitutional Confetti into the air as they celebrate 'closing the deal' with their 'real employers,' the transnational corporate interests that have orchestrated the whole mess." David Snider Requesting Legal Assistance
I am looking for legal help researching, drafting and editing of motions. I need a person or persons knowledgable in Oregon Criminal Law to help with the above. The trial is for the charge of Using, storing and/or diverting "the states water" (which is on my ranch). It is a class B misdemeamor. The trial date is Aug 26-27 2008. The land in question was passed into private ownership by patent. I am not now nor would I ever deny or block the water from or to my neighbors that would damage them. The issues are Constitutional (interferering with the obligation of contracts and expos facto law Article I section 10 ). The judge has not responded to my motions with fact, law or evidence only opinion and is claiming he will not allow the Constitutional issues to be presented before the jury and is setting the trial for a 6 person jury without regard to my written and oral objections. The search
warrant and evidence were gathered illegally.I have serious health problems which are part of the reason for my request. Please contact me if you meet the above requirements.

Larry Becraft responds to Jon Mosley about "COLONIAL ERA PAPER CURRENCY"
The Freedom Fellowship - Extended Entries: "Jon Mosley,
In 1789, Peletiah Webster aptly described the social damage resulting from the experiments in paper money:
'Paper money polluted the equity of our laws, turned them into engines of oppression, corrupted the justice of our public administration, destroyed the fortunes of thousands who had confidence in it, enervated the trade, husbandry and manufactures of our country, and went far to destroy the morality of our people.'"

McCain: Gun ruling, a 'landmark victory' - First Read - msnbc.com: "Obama released the following statement on the Supreme Court’s ruling: “I have always believed that the Second Amendment protects the right of individuals to bear arms, but I also identify with the need for crime-ravaged communities to save their children from the violence that plagues our streets through common-sense, effective safety measures. The Supreme Court has now endorsed that view, and while it ruled that the D.C. gun ban went too far, Justice Scalia himself acknowledged that this right is not absolute and subject to reasonable regulations enacted by local communities to keep their streets safe. Today’s ruling, the first clear statement on this issue in 127 years, will provide much-needed guidance to local jurisdictions across the country."

'This opinion should usher in a new era in which the constitutionality of government regulations of firearms are reviewed against the backdrop of this important right.' — Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt.

'The right to bear arms is a fundamental right we enjoy as citizens of the United States. From individuals being able to protect their family and their home to sportsmen venturing into the outdoors, this is an important and historic day for all citizens of this great country.' — Sen. ___
'I am profoundly disappointed in Justice Roberts and Justice Alito, both of whom assured us of their respect for precedent. With this decision, 70 years of precedent has gone out the window. And I believe the people of this great country will be less safe because of it.' — Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif."

Supreme Court shoots down D.C. gun ban
McClatchy Washington Bureau | 06/26/2008 | Supreme Court shoots down D.C. gun ban: "The court's majority ruling repudiates the long-held notion that the right to bear arms is strictly linked to militia service. The court concluded that it's an individual right untethered to military or government necessity. This will make it easier for gun rights advocates to resist new regulations and overturn existing laws.
The Second Amendment says, with all its archaic capitalizations:
'A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.'"

Phil Schneider - November 1995 Lecture
Phil Schneider died on Januarv 17, 1996, reportedly strangled by a catheter found wrapped around his neck – the bizarre death being dismissed by the authorities as suicide. If the circumstances of his death seem highly controversial, thev are matched by the controversy over his public statements uttered shortly before his death.
Phil Schneider was a self-taught geologist and explosives expert. Of the 129 deep underground facilities Schneider believed the US government had constructed since World War II, he claimed to have worked on 13. Two of these bases were major, including the much rumored bioengineering facility at Dulce, New Mexico. At Dulce, Schneider maintained, "gray" humanoid extraterrestrials worked side by side with American technicians. In 1979, a misunderstanding arose. In the ensuing shootout, 66 Secret Service, FBI and Black Berets were killed along with an unspecified nurnber of "grays". It was here he received a beam-weapon blast to the chest which caused his later cancer; many have confirmed that a large scar indeed existed.
Schneider maintained that numerous previous attempts had been made on his life, including the removal of the nuts from one of the front wheels of his automobile. He had stated publicly he was a marked man and did not expect to live long. "If I ever 'commit suicide'," Schneider told a close friend, "I'll have been murdered."
Some of Schneider's more major accusations are worthy of attention:
1) The American government concluded a treaty with "gray" aliens in 1954. This mutual cooperation pact is called the Grenada Treaty.
2) The space shuttle has been producing special alloys in orbit. A vacuum is needed for the creation of these special metals, thereby justifying the mandate for a large, permanently manned space station.
3) Much of our stealth aircraft technology was developed by back-engineering crashed alien craft.
4) AIDS was a population control virus invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory, Chicago, Illionois.
5) Unbeknownst to just about everyone, the US government has an earthquake device. Neither the 1995 Kobe earthquake nor the 1989 San Francisco quake had a pulse wave.
6) The World Trade Center bomb blast and the Oklahoma City blast were achieved using small nuclear devices. The melting and pitting of the concrete and the extrusion of metal supporting rods indicated this. (Schneider's forte, he claimed, was explosives.)
Finally, Phil Schneider lamented that the democracy he loved no longer existed: we had become instead a technocracy ruled by a shadow government intent on imposing their own view of things on all of us, whether we like it or not. He believed 11 of his best friends had been murdered in the last 22 years, eight of whose deaths had been officially explained as suicides.
Whatever one might think of Phil Schneider's claims, it's clear that he was of particular interest to the FBI and CIA. His widow has stated that intelligence agents thoroughly searched the premises shortly after his death and made off with at least a third of the family photographs.
Here is Phil Schneider's last lecture, given in Denver, Colorado, two months before his murder:

Reagan's thoughts on George W
Beneath the photo from the REAGAN DIARIES is an actual quote that Reagan wrote about George 'W' in his diaries, recently edited by author Doug Brinkley and published by Harper Collins
'A moment I've been dreading. George brought his n'er-do-well son around this morning and asked me to find the kid a job. Not the political one who lives in Florida; the one who hangs around here all the time looking shiftless. This so-called kid is already almost 40 and has never had a real job. Maybe I'll call Kinsley over at The New Republic and see if they'll hire him as a contributing editor or
something. That looks like easy work.'

C-SPAN 5/31 Joseph Salerno - Gold Standard video
Yesterday Joseph Salerno, PhD; professor of Economics, Pace University was a guest on C-SPAN's "Washington Journal". He explains the history of the Gold Standard and gives analysis on the current status of the U.S. economy.
Dr. Salerno also focused on the pivotal year 1968 when the Gold Standard was repealed, He explains how this has created a unique post-war context for the future of the Gold Standard in the U.S. economy. Takes viewer calls & questions. Ron Paul is mentioned by the C-SPAN host, the host then plays a video of Dr. Paul's plan to return to Constitiutional, lawful money.
Astonishingly Dr. Salerno reveals the fact that there is no gold in Ft. Knox, that the Bretton-Woods agreement was brokered by now-known Soviet agents, and openly states that the U.S. government seized gold from the citizens of the United States in the 1930's to fund of the U.S. government's liabilites to the privately owned "Federal" Reserve System.
See Dr. Salerno's & veiwer comments on this important issue. A lot of "awake" Americans out there. link to video:
