After establishing a hard line against bailouts over the weekend with Lehman Bros., the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve are now reportedly reconsidering in the case of insurance giant AIG. The reason: It's just so huge (its assets top $1 trillion), and so global, and so interconnected.
