Fed Ex Plane Crash In Tokyo

"Caught On Tape:" In exclusive video from the Tokyo Broadcasting System, a FedEx cargo plane crashed and burst into flames as it landed at Narita International Airport. Police say the pilot and co-pilot are both dead.
