"dannys lawyer sven wiberg has just today filed a motion with the court to challenge dannys mental competency! the court said when ruling on the motion to fire sven, that because danny refused to answer questions regarding his knowledge of the dangers of self representation, which he couldnt do because he is using the u.c.c./redemption process to try to secure his release and if he did answer questions he would have given them jurisdiction over him, that the judge wasnt questioning dannys competency at that moment but he would leave it up to both sets of lawyers if they wanted to challenge it at a later time.
Sven wiberg dannys lawyer was notified yesterday afternoon at 12:30pm by certified mail that he is no longer allowed to use dannys name or he will be in violation of dannys copyright. this was acheived using a notice of written communication/security agreement.

At 11:30 pm last night danny is given an extra piece of mail by the guards at the prison from sven and in it sven tells danny that hes not happy there are rumors going around claiming he fell asleep at the defense"
