CNN's 'The McRomney Show' | Ron Paul for President 2008 - Ron Paul Revolution
On January 31st, 2008 fruitysprinkles says:
Watching such blatant bias makes me sick to my stomach. It boggles the mind how people like Anderson Katrina Cooper can sleep at night knowing that they are knowingly and willfully assisting with the destruction of America. John McCain sits there and smirks like he's a defendant on Judge Judy or something. Very presidential indeed, and very classy I might add. He's the schoolyard bully, and all the ignorant old timers are buying into his scare tactics. If 'Amnesty John' becomes president, I fear for all of our children.....as he will send them off to war in a heartbeat. Can you feel the draft??? I can. Romney belongs in a store window at Mens Wearhouse. He is as phony as they come. Huckabee?? Good grief. We'll all be raptured shortly after the inauguration. The Dems just lost the last candidate with any resemblance of a heart and soul, and that's Edwards. I'm no fan, but he's a heck of lot less scary than the other 2 gems (aka Hillary & Obama). God help us!! We really need to get down to business here people, to make sure that Dr. Paul gets elected. Go go gadget swiftboat."

On January 31st, 2008 bozokong_dot_com says:
Dear CNN,
Not the TV channel. You, who are part of the group of people who make up the organization called CNN. Yes you! Tonight’s debate highlights a sad day in your life, in your sad life. You are responsible for the demise of the human race. You are making it happen. And you know it. What is so sad is that it's for something so trivial as a paycheck. Angels are weeping in you shadow.
In memory of you things will be said. 'Their life was a sham'. This is what you are leaving behind for your kids and the human race. You are knowingly participating in enslaving the human race and it makes my stomach turn. You reek, your life reeks. You soul is crying in agony over you.
Please walk away, leave. Be someone. Speak up! 'Why won’t you let Ron Paul speak?' Let the message of freedom be heard. Let the message of the human spirit out. The human race is in a fight with a 'non living thing' a profit driven machine, without a soul. Please say no! 'I've had enough. This is not right. This is supposed to be fair. This is ugly and shameful and I don’t want to support this travesty anymore' Let Ron Paul represents the people, the human spirit that cries for advancements in Love, art"
CNN's 'The McRomney Show' | Ron Paul for President 2008 - Ron Paul Revolution
On January 31st, 2008 ReCreation says:
I was just as frustrated as everybody with this sham of a debate and was hoping Dr. Paul would just walk off the stage or something. However, what happened seemed to me perfect. Here you had McRomney arguing for what seemed like an hour about who said what when where why, and finally they turn to Ron Paul after this yawn fest and what did he do, he simply spoke the truth as he has been doing this entire campaign and lit the room up. The difference between him and the other candidates was obvious even to the turnip truck discard known as the American voter. It couldn't have been more perfect in my eyes, McRomney came across as the egotistical, adolescent, truth-fearing fools that they are. Whatever happens, at least Americans cannot claim ignorance. They have seen the truth."
Newsweek: Four Thoughts on Tonight's Republican Debate
Stumper : Four Thoughts on Tonight's Republican Debate: "And Ron Paul was the only one who sounded like a person instead of a politician--no small feat for a presidential candidate. 'No, no, we're not better off,' he said. 'We're worse off, but it's partially this administration's fault and it's the Congress.'
---------snip-----------
4. Ron Paul: My favorite moment of the night? When Paul tsk-tsked Romney and McCain for sniping over Iraq strategy--an area where their positions are largely indistinguishable. "I find it rather silly, because they're arguing technicalities of a policy they both agree with," he said. "They agreed with going in; they agreed for staying, agreed for staying how many years? And these are technicalities. We should be debating foreign policy." The other candidates--not to mention reporters--often dismiss the Good Doctor, but as the field narrows, I have to say: it's fun to watch him give them a hard time. He was certainly talking sense tonight.

Perhaps no campaign tactic is more effective than fearmongering, and in the current presidential race the sum of all fears, once again, is radical Islamic terrorists—or 'jihadists,' to use the now-ubiquitous term. On the Republican side, it's a pissing match over who can look toughest against this shadowy enemy, with John McCain running ads showing masked Islamic gunmen, while Mitt Romney spouts the old neocon warning about forces that want to 'unite the world under a single jihadist caliphate.' Although the Democrats' rhetoric is more restrained, Hillary Clinton didn't hesitate to suggest that the new president might quickly face another terrorist attack on American soil, as part of her quest to convince voters they need her cool-headed experience."

Chuck Baldwin -- Why Are Ron Paul's Supporters So Angry?
Chuck Baldwin -- Why Are Ron Paul's Supporters So Angry?:
Beyond that, how is it that pastors and evangelicals cannot see through the GOP's complicity in helping to establish a Luciferian New World Order? How can they be so blind and dumb regarding the global machinations of the Council on Foreign Relations? How can they not understand and reject the philosophy emanating from the Trilateral Commission and Bilderburgers?
Ask the average pastor and Christian about the CFR, the Trilateralists, or the Bilderburgers and they just stare into space. They are absolutely clueless. Ask them about the burgeoning NAFTA superhighway, North American Union, or Amero and they look stupefied. Again, they are absolutely clueless. And, yes, I am angry about it. I am saddened and angered at the lack of knowledge, perception, and discernment demonstrated by my Christian brethren.
I believe with all my heart that if the pastors and Christian people of America would come off their high horse and start supporting the principles of liberty, the U.S. Constitution, and limited government, not only would there be a rebirth of freedom in America, there would be a spiritual revival as well.
alJazeera Magazine - The Ron Paul Revolution
George Washington was a long shot when he crossed the Delaware River, the surrender of Cornwallis was a long shot, the D-Day invasion of Europe, the defeat of Nazi Germany and subsequent liberation of Europe, surrender of Japan, yes even Iwo Jima were all American long shots. Anyone obtaining the label of a “long shot” follows a lasting legacy of American patriots that forced their way to freedom and liberty against tyranny and oppression by tenacity, endurance and fortitude."
The Ron Paul Rope-a-Dope
There's no question that things so far haven't gone the way we had hoped: Ron came in 5th in Iowa with 10%; 4th in New Hampshire with 8%; 4th in Michigan with 6%; and just finished 5th in South Carolina with 4% and 2nd in Nevada with 13%. He may have won the recent Louisiana Caucuses, but the victory may have been stolen from him by various shenanigans. I've seen no mention of this by the mainstream media.
As usual, the blackout and transparent bias was present at the recent MSNBC debate in Florida, where Ron was given by far the least amount of time to speak – which, amazingly, was admitted by MSNBC:

The People's Movement: Save Kenneth Hall Hospital
Interview with: Mayor Alvin Parks ( East St. Louis)
PUBLISHED JANUARY 14 2008
How can a city call itself fully functioning if it lacks a complete operating healthcare facility? Would you live in a city knowing that the closest hospital is miles away? Strangely enough, this is an unfortunate situation that the city of East St. Louis might have to face if the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation gets their way and the proposal for the merge of Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital and Touchette Regional Hospital is accepted. The possibility of losing their only hospital has made the community of East St. Louis furious. But who wouldn’t be? For some folks, this merge could mean life or death.

I Think I Voted!?
A Simple Way Paul Voters Can Beat Fraud
Around the country almost every precinct with electronic voting also offers a way to vote with a paper ballot. Insist on the paper voting option.
In the past few weeks, there has been a great deal of discussion regarding vote fraud - especially from the Ron Paul camp. I personally believe that there is a high probability that the voting machines are cheating voters out of a fair election.
In order to keep a closer eye on the situation, I signed up as a Poll Manager.
I learned that ANYONE can refuse to use the electronic voting machines, and that they will be allowed to vote using a paper ballot.
The idea occurred to me that it would be a good idea to use the "Ron Paul Network" to get this information out quickly.
I imagined a few interesting things that might happen.
- Every voter who votes for Ron Paul should INSIST on a paper ballot.
- Those votes would NOT be tallied by the close of the polls and would therefore come in many hours after the polls have closed.
- This simple tactic would not only get a great deal of local publicity, it would also get national attention. As the word spreads, the public could nullify the "Diebold factor" without waiting until the next election cycle.
- This would also assure that there was a clear paper trail that could tracked. It would be very unlikely that they would lose the evidence. In a recount situation it would be harder to falsify fraudulent voting as well.
- This is a simple, cost free solution to the vote fraud concern.
- By the next voting cycle, If the media reports on this, voters for all candidates might adopt this idea and derail the attempt for unscrupulous individuals to steal our elections by tampering with the Diebold machines.
So it's simple, If you want your vote to count, avoid the electronic machines and ask for a paper ballot.

South Carolina Elections Are UNCONSTITUTIONAL!?!
South Carolina Elections Are Unconstitutional! Article II, section 1, of the Constitution of South Carolina states:
"the ballots shall not be counted in secret."
No more need to refer to case law, evidence, or logic to argue against secret vote counting, at least in South Carolina. But, will any of the candidates take action to demand change?

Granny Warriors: "Freeze Over!"
Posted January 16th, 2008 by Granny Warrior over on DailyPaul.com:
A nice lady from Pay Pal just called and let us know the freeze on our account has been lifted. Thank goodness as we were about to become homeless on the side of the road..lol.
She looked at the account and all the information we have sent in and decided we are legit. Heck I have been telling them that for 48 hours.
The money for the recount was borrowed and is now paid and the recount is on. We only have to repay the loan which is easy now with the money free.
We are still a little behind as we have had other fees to pay such as the $2000 filing fee, $2,500 for Mr Howard to find a place to live for a while and the plane fare.
The chip in is working again and if we can make the goal of $25,000 we will pretty much have it covered.
Please chip in now and let us get all of this paid for and off our minds.
Again thank you all so much for caring and worrying about us, it makes us feel so special and more determined to get r dun.
Click here to read more and chip in to help finish off the funding for this nobel effort!

Editor's Note: Please keep "chipping in" until we at least get to the $25K amount Linda et. al have asked for. Thanks in advance!

A Definitive Reply to Islam
A casual reader of history will not fail to note the great and ferocious animosity of Islam to Christianity. One would ask why is this so, since both religions are supposed to worship the same God? The crux of the matter lies in focusing on the originators of these two religions, since followers of one or the other religion have a wide range of virtues or vices, resulting in complex and unscrutable historical developments.
