New World Order = One World Fascist Dictatorship
Let's get something straight. The reason people like Ron Paul and people like me don't want a "New World Order", is because it is IMPOSSIBLE, for a one world government to be anything but a fascist dictatorship. The power elite know this and they know that people would say no to it, if it was openly declared as such.
Even the smaller building blocks towards this NWO such as the European Union and North American Union, can not possibly be anything but a dictatorship. Democracy only works on a very small level. Manchester – Calls to abolish the Internal Revenue Service and repeal the Constitutional amendment that established the federal income tax drew loud applause yesterday for Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul.
The Texas Congressman drew an eclectic mix of more than 500 supporters -- young and old, Libertarians and anti-war Democrats, independents and conservative Republicans -- who cheered his message of limited government, low taxes, free markets, bringing the troops home from Iraq, and returning to a monetary policy based on the gold standard.
Paul said the gathering at Veterans Park wasn't about him, but about his message -- which, he said, has been resonating with more and more people.

Anyone see the PBS All American forum last night? Guess those wacko 3% of the country somehow "spammed in" all that applause, cheering, and chanting his name at the end of the forum? lol, If anyone heard the crowd last night they know what Im talking about...its getting to the point where huge unpaid crowds are cheering for this man everywhere he goes and after everything he says, but the MSM still keeps its blinders on and insists "these people dont exist." This WILL be a revolution, in my opinion, in that I honestly see (with as little bias as I can muster) Paul doing VERY well in the primaries if not winning...and the media having to eat their words- well, they kind of already have to. Provided that happens, Hillary or Obama will have a serious challenge on their hands instead of a pro-war punching bag, and if you ask me, he could very possibly beat either one of them in a GE. This is a FRONT PAGE story (though it is below the fold) in [yesterday's] Boston Globe - circulation ~ 450,000 - written by Lisa Wangsness. It is a great story, and also mentions me and the Daily Paul! But what is really great is that it accurately depicts what is going on. Boston is a very liberal town - and the article showcases how many people - and especially Democrats and former Democrats - support Ron Paul simply because we're tired of voting for the "lesser of two evils." For the past 2-3 weeks I have noticed a very disturbing trend on Technorati.com which I believe is an example of jamming - ie. blocking - the process of disclosing and seeking internet-blog content on Ron Paul's campaign.
You can take the test yourself to see this jamming-blocking in action by taking the following steps:
1) Visit Technorati.com
2) Click on "Popular"
3) Scroll down the list until you find "Ron Paul" and then click on this which should bring you to a page of results like this.
4) Now here's where it gets really
interesting..... Be sure to observe the content of the articles in the list on page 1 and then follow Technorati's jamming-blocking road as follows:
a. click on page 2 - observe and compare the content with page 1
b. click on page 3 - observe and compare the content with page 1
c. click on page 4 - observe and compare the content with page 1
d. click on page 5 - observe and compare the content with page 1
etc.
etc.
If you are like me, after the 3rd or 4th page you may think you are doing something wrong for the EXACT same "page 1" results are displayed for ALL the "pages" you search for.
What are the implications of this jamming-blocking? Well, if my internet activity is
indication I am simply NOT visiting/using Technorati.com anymore to search the internet for blog content on Ron Paul. And as a result I believe there are thousands of individuals like myself who are doing the same which is naturally driving down the ranking of the search phrase "Ron Paul" on Technorati's "Most Popular" list.
There's got to be someone with far more tech-knowledge than me whose noticed the same thing. Unless I am shown some facts to the contrary I believe Technorati is jamming-blocking content on Ron Paul.

The complaint challenges the constitutionality of current voting procedures in the states, claiming that they "heighten the possibility of confusion, deception, frustration, and fraud." It contends that the existing practices are constitutionally deficient and prevent open, verifiable, transparent voting, and that the use of discredited electronic voting machines and flawed vote counting procedures drastically increase the likelihood of error and election fraud. The lawsuit calls for a visible chain of ballot custody with paper ballots kept in full public view throughout the voting, counting, and tallying process. The lawsuit asks the Court to prohibit the states from conducting elections that are not open, verifiable, transparent and machine and computer free. The US Supreme Court has declared the meaning of the Right to vote, as guaranteed by the US Constitution. Individuals not only have the Right to cast a vote, they have the Right to cast an effective vote, meaning they have the Right to have their vote counted accurately. "We need to bring transparency and accountability to the voting process throughout the states," said Bob Schulz, who wrote the brief and is spearheading the nationwide effort. "We need to reclaim our vote and ensure that our voices are heard and that our votes are accurately counted. The only sure way to do that is to have the People, in the light of day, observe, verify, and secure the votes cast on paper ballots and to count those ballots before the public by hand." The ten states that have been sued thus far include New York, New Hampshire, Illinois, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Iowa, Texas, California and Oregon. Click here to read the Complaint. NSL provision in PATRIOT Act struck down by federal court
The National Security Letter (NSL) provision of the PATRIOT Act was struck down today by federal court judge Victor Marrero. The controversial NSL provision has allowed the FBI to secretly demand access to records held by organizations like libraries and Internet service providers. National Security Letters, which can be used without probable cause or judicial oversight, also impose "gag" restrictions on recipients, forbidding them from disclosing that they have received the letter.
Judge Marrero originally struck down the NSL provision in 2004, when an Internet service provider challenged the constitutionality of the NSL non-disclosure requirements. At the time, Marrero determined that the NSL provision of the PATRIOT Act violated the First and Fourth Amendments and also pointed out that the associated gag orders make it difficult, if not impossible, for recipients to consult legal counsel without fear of punishment. When the government appealed the ruling, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals acknowledged that the NSL provision was probably unconstitutional but returned the case back to Marrero for a second analysis after Congress altered and renewed the PATRIOT Act. Now that Marrero has reviewed the revised PATRIOT Act, he has determined that the NSL provision is still unconstitutional.

Documents [PDF] obtained by the Electronic Frontier Foundation show that the FBI asked telecommunications companies to turn over information about people in contact with individuals the FBI was investigating, though a degree removed from any suspicious activity and presumably innocent. As Eric Lichtblau reported in the New York Times this morning:
The F.B.I. cast a much wider net in its terrorism investigations than it has previously acknowledged by relying on telecommunications companies to analyze phone-call patterns of the associates of Americans who had come under suspicion, according to newly obtained bureau records.
The documents indicate that the Federal Bureau of Investigation used secret demands for records to obtain data not only on individuals it saw as targets but also details on their "community of interest" — the network of people that the target was in contact with. The bureau stopped the practice early this year in part because of broader questions raised about its aggressive use of the records demands, which are known as national security letters, officials said. The first "North American Union" driver's license, complete with a hologram of the continent on the reverse, has been created in North Carolina.
"The North Carolina driver's license is 'North American Union' ready," charges William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration.
Gheen provided WND with a photo of an actual North Carolina license which clearly shows the hologram of the North American continent embedded on the reverse.
"The hologram looks exactly [like] the map of North America that is used as the background for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America logo on the SPP website," Gheen told WND. "I object to the loss of sovereignty that is proceeding under the agreements being made by these unelected government bureaucrats who think we should be North American instead of the United States of America.

"To protest, I don't plan on applying for a North Carolina driver's license," Gheen told WND, "even though I am a resident of the state. I don't see how a Division of Motor Vehicles authorized in a Department of Transportation of a state of the United States can force me to have a license place that is designed with a North American Union insignia printed on the backside.
"My decision not to get a North Carolina driver's license could have very difficult consequences for me," Gheen told WND. "Without a valid driver's license, I may not be able to drive a car, fly on an airplane, or enter a government building."

Attended a memorial service for Aaron Russo, the film producer and libertarian activist, this afternoon at Hollywood’s House of Blues. It was one of the “celebrating a life, not mourning a death” variety.
Rep. Ron Paul was there and said some words about Russo the freedom fighter, and Russo’s pet causes of abolishing the IRS (got a big round of applause from this Hollywood crowd) and the Federal Reserve.

Ron Paul: "A Swift Kick In The Ass For American Politics"
He's A Bad Mother- Shut Your Mouth... I'm just talkin about Congressman Ron Paul!
Viewed from certain superficial angles, Congressman Ron Paul possesses many of the same characteristics as his opponents in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. In addition to having a lengthy career in politics (tenures in the House of Representatives dating back to the mid 1970's as well as a bid for the United States presidency as a Libertarian in 1988), having served in the U.S. Armed Forces, and attending a prestigious University, Ron Paul- like all U.S. Presidents other than Kennedy- is a protestant white male. Thankfully, the similarities virtually end there.
Congressman Paul is a medical doctor and has delivered over 4,000 babies while serving as an obstetrician. (A doctor and not a lawyer! Why don't we see this more often from our presidential candidates?) While the other candidates in the Republican field have voting/ policy-making records that are marred by compromise and contradiction, Dr. Ron Paul has remained steadfast in his Constitutionalist/Libertarian values, a fact unremittingly reflected in his voting record. Paul has NEVER voted for a raise in taxes, an unbalanced budget, or a congressional pay-raise. Standing apart from the ever-maddening crowd of Republicans in Congress, Ron Paul has voted against The Patriot Act, the war in Iraq, and regulation of the internet.

In the passages below, I have compiled a series of excerpts from interviews with Congressman Paul as well as a few additional relevant comments that he has made. I do not share ALL of Ron Paul's views nor is it my expectation that any of you would, particularly if you- and I sincerely hope that you do- decide to research this man further. I have put together this blog in order to generate some degree of awareness and excitement for a candidate who not only espouses intriguing and often seemingly radical ideas but also does quite well for himself in supporting his views and intended policies. In a time in which we are forced to choose between a limited field of convoluted and self-serving politicians, the words of Ron Paul have given me hope that there are still principled, intelligent, and altruistic individuals who are active in our main-stream national politics. The attention (and endorsement) that Paul has received as seen in the excerpts below gives me hope that with proper exposure, we may actually see someone like Paul as a viable contender for the presidency.
