On June 20, 2007, Bill O’Reilly stated that if the Iraqi government had not passed oil legislation sharing oil revenues throughout Iraq within two months then the war was over and our troops should come home. Well, it's now been over two months. The oil legislation has NOT been passed. So Bill O’Reilly has ended the Iraq War. Hurray!
