Here is Dr Paul's article, "Democracy is Not Freedom".
"Read it, and learn what he means by that statement. It is not a negative statement, but the opposite. I believe in this philosophy, of freedom, not of the 51% of the people owning 49% of the rest which Jefferson was highly opposed to."
