The guy in that video looks nothing like Senator Rutherford. And I've never seen the senator in shorts.
Note - the allegation is that the Senator gave the sign to the man standing on it in the video. Apparently, the Chicago Tribune has confirmed the Senator was involved. QUOTE: "at one point, Romney's Illinois chairman, state Sen. Dan Rutherford (R-Chenoa), ripped a sign out of one Paul supporter's hands and threw it on the ground." Click Here for the story.
